Energy creates life. The energy of judgement or overwhelm, ease or love create out daily beliefs about ourselves and our daily rituals.

During a session I see these energies and where or who they came from. I read if they are karmic, fear based, and whether you are ready to let go of them.

During the healing portion of the session I facilitate the release of these beliefs. As if they were stuck in time, they are brought into the present and melt away.
